Quick update for our Eagle families 💛

Students are more than welcome to have additional servings of fruits and vegetables during lunch 🥕🍎

We do, however, need to be mindful of the nutritional guidelines tied to the main course and what the state requires us to follow.

Thank you for your continued support as we work to take care of all of our students 🦅💛

Update

Good Afternoon Eagle Families 💛

We wanted to share a quick update regarding our school lunch program.

As we work to improve our daily meal planning and ensure we are following state and federal nutritional guidelines, we will not be offering “seconds” (additional servings) at this time. Our goal is to make sure that what we provide is consistent and equitable for all students, while also making sure every child receives a complete, balanced meal.

We understand that some students may still feel hungry, and please know we are actively working on additional ways to support our students who may need that extra boost—whether that’s through school-based snacks or a backpack program to support food access beyond the school day.

We truly appreciate your understanding and partnership as we continue to navigate this and do what is best for all of our students. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we are always here to work together in support of your child.

Thank you for being such an important part of our school community 🦅💛

Our Child Development unit is in full swing, and our students are getting hands-on experience with what it really takes to care for a baby!
