🦅🔬 Mrs. Maloney’s Biology class spent the day at Washington State University diving into real-world science! With Ms. Strong and Mrs. Shields accompanying them, students toured WADDL (Washington Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory), explored the WSU Biology Department, and wrapped up the trip with a visit to the WSU Creamery. Such a fantastic day of learning and discovery! ❤️

St. John School Families, we need your help!
As we move deeper into the winter months, we are seeing an increasing number of students, across all grade levels, who are in need of warm clothing and basic necessities. We have had several situations recently where students needed hats, mittens, coats, socks, or even a full change of clothing, and our supply is running extremely low.
If you happen to have new or gently used items you’re willing to donate, it would make a tremendous difference.
Most-needed items (youth & adult sizes):
• Pants/Leggings/Sweatpants
• Shirts/Sweatshirts
• Socks/Shoes
• Winter Gear (snow pants, snow boots, mittens, gloves, hats, coats)
Your generosity will directly support our students and ensure no child goes without what they need to feel comfortable, warm, and cared for during the school day.
Thank you so much for always stepping up for our kids. Your kindness matters more than you know. ❤️
With appreciation,
Ms. Strong

❄️ Winter is Here! ❄️
As the temperature drops, please remember to send students to school with warm, weather-appropriate clothing — hats, mittens/gloves, coats, snow pants, and boots. We will hold outdoor recess whenever possible because fresh air and movement are so important for our kids!
If your student is in need of any winter gear, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the school — we’re here to help!
Stay warm🧣❤️
